Kathleen Brill advises clients in public, private, energy, institutional and development sectors on matters related to environmental permitting, climate adaptation and resilience, due diligence, regulatory compliance, environmental insurance, development tax credits, government investigations, and enforcement actions. She assists clients in acquiring, protecting and developing properties and obtaining permits at local, state, and federal levels. She has expertise in local zoning, wetlands/waterways licensing, and all major state and federal statutes including the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, CERCLA and the National Environmental Policy Act.
