Paulo Padis is partner of Padis Mattar Advogados. Paulo has worked in some of the most prestigious law firms in Brazil and was previously a founding partner of Stocche Forbes Padis Filizzola Advogados in 2012.

Paulo’s practice focuses on cross-border debt and equity transactions, lenders and bondholders’ advisory on restructuring processes, distressed M&A transactions, and non-banking structured financings (mostly credit/hedge funds).
