Beatriz acts for a range of stakeholders in distress transactions and has advised clients involved in some of the most prominent and noteworthy restructurings in Brazil in deals spanning some of Brazil’s most important sectors, including power, infrastructure, oil & gas and sugar and ethanol. She also has experience across a broad range of debt financing products, advising both borrowers and lenders on bank lending, leveraged finance transactions, project finance, and structured debt. She also advises on cross-border equity investments, acquisitions and related financings.

Beatriz is recognized by the leading directories such as Chambers and Partners, Who’s Who Legal, The Legal 500 Latin America, Análise Advocacia and Análise Editorial Mulher.
