Paul P. Josephson

Paul P. Josephson is a member of the White Collar and Construction Divisions of the Firm’s Trial Practice Group. He solves complex business problems for CEOs, elected officials, and agency heads in matters involving significant public interests, highly regulated industries, or novel legal issues.

Mr. Josephson is a government and regulatory enforcement litigator with decades of experience in government investigations, contracting and licensing, as well as complex litigation. In addition to serving as a team lead for the Duane Morris Cannabis industry group, he has deep experience in the transportation, infrastructure, gaming and real estate industries.
