Paul has expertly advised dozens of lending syndicates on their projects within the condominium, hotel, and retail industries, including on such high-profile projects as Nobu Toronto, Shangri-La Hotel Toronto, Four Seasons Toronto, and CIBC Square. In addition to syndicated lending work, Paul has also been lead lending counsel on many of the largest real estate acquisition financing transactions in Canada, including as lead counsel for the $2.6B syndicated financing of the acquisition of Northview REIT.
