Paul Breen

Paul is head of the catastrophic team at JMW having joined them in July 2017. He has extensive experience of dealing with cases of the upmost severity involving spinal cord injuries, brain injuries and complex orthopaedic injuries. Paul has several sources of work from both charities and an insurance broker. He has a specialist interest in claims for motorcyclists. Examples of settlements pedestrian ran into road, sustained significant brain injury settled for sum of £2.8 million on a split liability basis, paraplegic case for a motorcyclist, settled at 5,2 million and has several cases in his current case load worth in excess of £10 million.

Joined JMW in 2017 as a partner.

Born 1963, educated in Ormskirk, proud Dad and Grandfather of one daughter and one granddaughter loves spending time on the golf course when he is not with his family.
