Patrick has strong advocacy and advisory practices. He has successfully represented clients at all levels of the UK system from top to bottom and in the Privy Council for both taxpayer and HMRC alike. He has advised on the tax aspects of divorce and UK takeovers, property developments, corporate and individual residence, stamp duty land tax, VAT and virtually every other UK tax. His clients include major corporates, famous celebrities, charities, wealthy individuals and businesses of all types.

Called to the Bar 1994 (Lincoln’s Inn). Member of Attorney General’s B Panel as Junior Counsel to the Crown 2010-2013; KC 2013. Previously a solicitor and a partner in two leading London law firms.
