Chris has a substantial senior-junior practice in all three practice areas. He has appeared unled at all levels of the appellate system, including the Supreme Court (R(Haworth) v HMRC) and Court of Appeal (JLT v Craven; Nautilus v Seahorse; Higgins v HMRC).
