Patricia Tiller advises clients on the full life cycle of energy and infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on liquified natural gas (LNG) projects. With over 16 years of experience in the energy industry, she has represented government authorities, sponsors, developers and international contractors on innovative projects involving both conventional and renewable energy sources, as well as the development of regulatory regimes for the exploration, production, distribution and sale of energy resources.
Patricia has played a pivotal role in shaping LNG projects across six continents, providing comprehensive guidance on structuring and negotiating LNG sale and purchase agreements, LNG time charter parties and terminal use agreements for LNG import and export.
Her practice also includes advising clients on their energy transition goals when structuring energy development and production projects. She has worked on various initiatives designed to assist the conventional energy industry in the transition to a carbon-neutral production environment, advising on new regulatory regimes, carbon capture utilization and storage, hydrogen offtake arrangements and the continued role of natural gas as a transition fuel.
