Patricia Tiller is a market-leading energy projects lawyer, recognised by clients and peers for her deep sector knowledge and her ability to deliver on the most complex and strategically significant energy projects. She advises on the full life cycle of energy and infrastructure developments, with a particular focus on liquefied natural gas (LNG) and upstream oil and gas exploration and development. With over 16 years of experience in the energy industry, Patricia is a trusted advisor to governments, sponsors, developers and international contractors on energy projects across global markets.

Patricia is regarded as one of the leading practitioners in LNG, having played a central role in shaping projects across six continents. She provides strategic and commercially focused advice on the structuring and negotiation of LNG sale and purchase agreements, LNG time charter parties and terminal use agreements for both import and export facilities, and is frequently trusted with first-of-kind and high-value mandates.

She is also a senior adviser on energy transition and decarbonisation matters, assisting clients with the development of new regulatory frameworks and the integration of lower-carbon solutions into large-scale energy projects. Her experience includes carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS), and advising on the evolving role of natural gas as a transition fuel, positioning her at the forefront of the industry’s transition to a lower-carbon future.
