Pamela L Taylor

Pam Taylor has more than 30 years’ experience in antitrust and competition law. She represents clients in antitrust investigations and enforcement actions before the Federal Trade Commission and the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice. Her practice includes advising companies on the antitrust aspects of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, as well as pricing, marketing and distribution strategies, including price discrimination issues. She also advises companies on Hart-Scott-Rodino premerger notification requirements. She has also advised on Hatch-Waxman Act strategies. Pam is a member of the Illinois bar and serves on the board of the Legal Aid Society.
