He has a degree in Governance and Public Policy from the IDE Business School Quito and the University of Development in Chile.
He is a certified implementer of ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery standards, PECB.
He holds a Diploma in Technologies for Innovating the Public Sector from Southern Affairs, Argentina.
He is a PhD candidate in Ibero-American Administrative Law from the University of La Coruña, Spain.
He is the co-founder of the first Civic Lab in Ecuador, TinkuLAB. Space from where he develops his pro bono practice with an environmental, sustainability and governance approach.
