Career
Founding partner of M&A, Dr. Marco Morales Tobar is a lawyer from the Central University of Ecuador and has over fifty years of experience practicing law. He has worked as a successful attorney with numerous cases in the defense of large public and private companies.
Passionate about Academy, he has been a teacher at the Central University of Ecuador, Simón Bolívar Andean University and Universidad San Francisco de Quito, among others. He has important publications and academic papers that are widely cited and regarded as must be references.
He has held public positions of the highest rank and importance. He served as a permanent ad hoc judge of the Supreme Court of Justice, magistrate, vice president, and president of the Constitutional Court of Ecuador.
