Starting his practice in real estate in 2000, assisting both Brazilian and foreign clients, Pablo has acquired broad experience in structured real estate transactions, including the issuance of real estate receivables backed securities and incorporation of real estate investment funds. Pablo's comprehensive experience in structuring real estate transactions, especially those involving hotel developments, shopping centers and residential and commercial office buildings, has also provided him with thorough knowledge of negotiations of different contracts related to the supply chain of the real estate market, as well as corporate arrangements that reflect the investments' peculiarities of the sector. Over the years, Pablo has also stood out for his practice in asset and succession planning for individuals and family businesses, as well as in the structuring of guarantees for financing agricultural commodities' production, leases, sale lease back and build-to-suit agreements for several retail segments, and in notarial and estate registration matters.
