Partner in Demarest's Restructuring and Bankruptcy area, Guilherme Fontes Bechara holds a master's degree (LLM) in Corporate Governance and Practice from Stanford University (USA) and in Civil Law from PUC-SP. He concentrates his practice in civil litigation, arbitration and corporate restructuring and has a strong background in bankruptcy and bankruptcy proceedings. His main clients include investment funds, companies from various sectors, as well as local and international financial institutions, focusing on credit recovery, judicial or extrajudicial, credit investments or investment in companies under financial distress.
