Maria Helena Ortiz Bragaglia

Partner of Demarest's Litigation and Arbitration areas, Maria Helena Ortiz Bragaglia graduated in Law from the Law School of the United Metropolitan Colleges (FMU) and was admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association the following year. She defends national and foreign companies in judicial and/or administrative disputes in the sphere of civil, commercial and consumer matters. Specifically in relation to Consumer Law, she has more than 15 years of experience, especially in administrative procedures and judicial processes involving recall matters, having participated in the main calls in the country in the period, which has afforded her a close contact with the main agencies and regulatory bodies. She is also a member of Demarest's Wealth and Succession Structuring group, advising clients on the preparation of wills, donation contracts, and judicial procedures for altering the property regime, among others.
