Bruno concentrates his practice in providing advisory services in the competition area in cases involving cartel conduct and abuse of dominant position, leniency negotiations and cease and desist negotiations, merger and acquisition transaction submissions and associative agreements, competition compliance and consultation involving complex competition issues. Bruno also has significant experience in implementing Integrity Programs focused on anti-corruption laws and conducting internal investigations.
