Lawyer in Demarest’s Compliance practice, Victoria Arcos holds bachelor's degrees in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) and in Public Policy Management from the University of São Paulo (USP). She has a great deal of experience in multi-jurisdictional internal investigations focusing on anti-corruption and anti-fraud. She also has expertise in due diligences, high complexity investigations for ongoing leniency negotiations between competing authorities as well as monitoring. Victoria is experienced in integrity program evaluation and, additionally, she advises in anti-corruption law consultations.
Victoria has authored a number of articles, such as “Whistleblower: a hot term in the North American and Brazilian scene”, Conjur, 2019, and as co-author of the Brazil chapter in “The E-Discovery and Information Governance Law Review”, The Law Reviews, 2019.
