Ole Christoffer assists with project development, litigation and transactions across several fields of expertise. Within renewable energy and infrastructure, he advises utilities, grid companies, hydro power producers, wind power producers, district heating companies and fiber companies. He also works extensively with power intensive industries, including aluminum producers, data centers, hydrogen plants and battery production facilities. In the real estate sector, his work covers housing development projects, office buildings and logistic properties, among others.
In addition, Ole Christoffer has extensive experience within the field of expropriation and environmental law, both in connection with expropriation and appraisal processes and in connection with pollution and environmental issues in general. He has been a research assistant at the University of Oslo, where he wrote his master's thesis in Environmental Law.
