Tveit has extensive experience of all aspects of EU/EEA, Norwegian and international competition law, regularly leading complex mergers and investigations, including multi-jurisdictional filings. He regularly also assists with state aid and public procurement mandates. He has particular expertise in the retail/food, transport, TMT and energy sectors.
Qualified in 2006 (triple master's degree from Bergen, Norway; King's College London and Heidelberg University, Germany). Joined Arntzen de Besche as partner in 2019.
