She has involved in and litigated several major cases before the courts, including before the Supreme Court. Nanette has also long experience providing regular advice to clients on Norwegian corporate and securities laws. In addition to dispute resolution, she assists Norwegian and international companies in connection with IPOs, equity issues and other capital market transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
