Einar is advising a client portfolio primarily within financing in the bond and bank market, including bond issuances, international and national financings. He is regularly advising investment banks, banks, trustees, bondholders, borrowers and issuers of bonds, loans and other financial instruments. Einar has advised on a number of bond issuances and financing transactions within areas including shipping, oil & offshore, private equity, commercial and industry, IT & telecom, real property etc. He is also advising on restructurings within his core field of expertise.
