Wenche has many years of experience in competition law, compliance, public procurement and general administrative law. She has been involved in a number of competition law investigations and major mergers / acquisitions, both nationally and internationally. Wenche was employed by the Norwegian Competition Authority before joining Thommessen. She also has considerable experience with compliance work, including the preparation and implementation of compliance programs in companies and the implementation of self cleaning. She assists both public contracting authorities and suppliers with procurement law issues, and has particular experience with procurements within the public transport sector (bus, ferry, rail, speedboat, etc.), the construction sector, as well as the supply sectors (networks, heating, etc.). Wenche is part of Thommessen's group for sustainability, and advises both clients and suppliers on sustainable deliveries.
