Ellen has extensive experience in advising on financing transactions. She assists domestic and foreign lenders, borrowers, and arrangers with bilateral and syndicated facilities, bond loans and debt programs. Her main focus is on asset finance (vessels, aircrafts and offshore installations), as well as project and acquisition financing. Ellen is a member of the board of Thommessen and heads the firm's banking and finance practice. Ellen is also a member of Thommessen's restructuring team.
