Noah Rubins is fiercely smart.
Noah Rubin's ability to dissect info from his past experience and make that reusable for current cases and clients is something where I see huge value.
Noah Rubins is great particularly in Eastern Europe. He has great cultural nuance and understanding and has been helpful in navigating these aspects of our cases.
