Career

Nina Yadava has almost fifteen years of experience defending public companies and their officers and directors in shareholder litigation. She also has extensive experience representing companies, including major financial institutions, in complex contractual disputes primarily related to structured products and business combinations.

Nina’s recent representations include defending federal securities class actions lawsuits and shareholder derivative litigation, securing outright dismissals of the complaints in many instances. She also counsels boards on governance issues and has represented major banks in federal and state court litigation in New York related to financial products including collateralized debt obligations, credit default swaps, and residential mortgage-backed securities.
