Nigel is a highly experienced, first-class advocate of some 40 years standing. He is recognised as a leading employment barrister across all employment disciplines. Nigel has sat as a Recorder in the Crown and County Courts since 2000. He acts also in a quasi-judicial capacity for many Universities upon disciplinary and grievance appeals.

Away from the law, Nigel runs around after his grandchildren and is a long suffering supporter of Bolton Wanderers.
