Practice Areas

After 29 years practising as a solicitor (1992 to 2010) and at the Bar (2010 to 2021), Richard Price now practises as a full-time mediator. He deals principally with ‘traditional Chancery’ (now ‘Business and Property’) work; probate (trusts, probate, administration of estates, and family provision), real property, landlord and tenant, co-habitation, professional negligence, and commercial contract disputes. Richard is recognised as being calm, affable and able to put both parties at ease.
