Career

He was a counsel of the Regional Government of Andalusia, currently on leave of absence, where he became coordinating counsel of his central legal department and counsel of the Constitutional Court. He has also lectured on administrative law at Universidad de Sevilla, and still participates in various master programs, courses and conferences.
