During his career he has participated in more than 100 deals involving the financial, industrial, pharmaceutical, hotels, IT and retail sectors, advising international companies and investment funds in their transactions, acting also as Secretary of the Board of their investee companies. For instance, until 2023 he acted as Secretary of the Board of the Company Antibioticos and since 2024 as Secretary of the Board of the hotels chain Petit Palace.
During his professional career, he has been Legal Counsel at Sniace Company in charge of the international affairs in Poland and Latam, Senior Associate in Ramón y Cajal Abogados in charge of the M&A international arena, Senior Manager at KPMG Spain acting as staff within the Corporate Finance Team.
He is member of the Madrid Bar and the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg.
He holds a Law degree from the University Complutense of Madrid and LLM by the Instituto de Empresa de Madrid. He is bilingual in Spanish and English (Proficiency level), fluent in French (Delf B2 level) and lives between Madrid and Brussels.
