Nicolas Cloutier

Practice focuses on dispute resolution and litigation in federal, provincial and property tax matters, as well as in commodity taxes. He challenges information requests, searches and seizures, reassessments and collection measures. His practice also includes related administrative law issues, including judicial review of administrative decisions. Nicolas maintains a long-standing position at the forefront of tax and regulatory issues raised by the sharing economy and electronic commerce.
