Nicolas Cloutier

Nicolas is a leading Québec tax litigator whose practice focuses on the resolution of complex disputes with tax authorities. He acts in many of Québec’s largest tax reassessments and represents clients in significant federal tax matters across Canada. His experience spans the entire dispute process, from audits, information requests, and searches and seizures to objections, appeals, and collection proceedings, in matters involving income tax, commodity tax, and property tax.
