Nick has extensive experience in reputationally sensitive, high court litigation, business restructuring and the employment aspects of M&A. He advises on executive level matters,including terminations,pay and bonuses and contracts,for clients across a wide-range of sectors,including industrials and tech. Nick advised a major international tech client on the defense of a sexual discrimination case in the high court.
Nick sits on the committee of the Birmingham Law Society and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Nick spent 15 years at DLA Piper where he led the Midlands employment practice
