Practice Areas

A specialist family lawyer with over 20 years’ experience. My work covers complicated and high value financial settlements that may have foreign elements as well as Children Act matters including relocation cases. I often act for individuals and trustees where assets consist within family trusts. Prenuptial agreements are a mainstay of my work. My client base is predominantly London and Cambridgeshire, so am familiar with Technology, Universities and farming/landed estate issues.

Career

I am a specialist family solicitor, trained mediator and collaborative lawyer. My clients come from all walks of life and nearly all are personally recommended to me. Whilst I have been predominantly based in Cambridge since 2014, I continue to receive instructions from London, the home counties, nationally and from overseas clients. I look to find solutions for clients that are practical and tailored to their individual circumstances.

Professional Memberships

I am a member of Resolution & Chair of the Cambridge & West Suffolk committee. I am a member of local POD group and the Cambridgeshire Law Society

Publications

I have written numerous articles including for Lexis Nexis Family Law. I have also provided comment to a number of publications including the FT. I have assisted in proof reading Family Law texts.
