Regularly acts for banks, non-bank lenders and borrowers on domestic, cross-border and international loan transactions. Recent transactions include acting for lenders to Canadian hydro-electric and wind-generation facilities, acting for central clearing parties, commercial paper issuers and a Canadian bank on their backstop liquidity facilities, acting for lenders and borrowers on subscription facility, equity commitment letter, capital call facility, net asset value and hybrid credit facilities provided to private equity funds and pension funds and acting for lenders and borrowers on power and infrastructure projects in Canada and the United States.
