Richard is a partner and co-Practice Group Leader of McCarthy Tétrault's National Business Law Group with a particular emphasis on the financial services industry, project financing, major projects and energy transition. Recognized for his extensive knowledge and comprehensive, solutions-oriented approach, his practice is focused on corporate and regulatory matters, particularly in the energy transition, mining, infrastructure, technology and agribusiness sectors.
