Nichola is a Jersey Advocate and leads the firm’s Private Client and Trusts team in Jersey.

Her practice focuses on advising trustees, international high-net-worth individuals, settlors, protectors and beneficiaries on a variety of trust-related matters. She regularly advises on the establishment, restructuring and administration of private and commercial Jersey trust structures, including settlor reserved power trusts, charitable and non-charitable purpose trusts, private trust companies, unit trusts, employee benefit trusts and Jersey foundations. She also advises on the establishment and registration of Jersey charities and has experience in the dissolution, reinstatement and migration of Jersey private companies and foundations.

After beginning her career in London, Nichola gained her legal qualifications whilst simultaneously building 14 years of knowledge and experience in the trusts and private client sphere at two major offshore law firms. Nichola enjoys speaking at industry events and has written a number of articles.
