Nathaniel Garrett

Nat Garrett is an appellate litigator with particular experience in the 9th Circuit and California appellate courts. Nat has argued appeals before the United States Supreme Court, federal circuit courts, and the California Court of Appeal across constitutional, trade secrets, employment, business torts, consumer class actions, securities, and product liability matters. He also regularly embeds with trial teams to formulate and drive strategy through dispositive motions and jury instructions, while capturing trial errors for appeal and handling post-trial proceedings. Nat is a certified appellate specialist by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization and an officer of the California Academy of Appellate Lawyers.
