Naomi Rodríguez Manzueta

Senior Associate at Headrick. Admitted to practice in 2015. Her practice focuses on the areas of commercial law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, banking, financial and stock market law, tax law and inheritance law, as well as advising clients on regulatory law.

Naomi was recently distinguished as an “associate to watch out” by Chambers Global 2023 and Chambers Latin America 2023, where clients highlighted her business knowledge and professionalism. In addition, she received the “Rising Star” rating in mergers and acquisitions from the International Financial Law Review (IFLR) 2023.

She received her Law Degree in 2015 (Summa Cum Laude) from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM). In 2018, she obtained a double-degree Master of Laws (LL.M) in Administrative Law from the University of Salamanca (Spain) and the Instituto Global de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Sociales, and later on, in June 2019, she completed her Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Business at Sorbonne Assas International Law School (Panthéon-Assas Paris II), in Paris.

In 2023, Naomi completed her master’s degree in Tax Law and Tax Consulting at Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE). Likewise, she has carried out courses on “New challenges in Public Administration” at the University of Salamanca and “Trends in government and administration in Latin America” at the Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid.

Naomi served as Coordinator of the Paris Campus of the Sorbonne-Assas International Law School (SAILS) Alumni Association in 2019 and as elected vice president of the Latin American Council of International and Comparative Law Scholars (COLADIC-RD) for the period 2020-2021. Naomi speaks Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.
