Partner at Headrick, Mr. Marranzini concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, corporate law and commercial laws generally, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, banking and financial transactions and project finance and development. He regularly advises international and domestic clients from various industries on regulatory matters, including data protection.

Experience

Fernando Marranzini received his Bachelor of Laws, Magna Cum Laude, from Universidad Iberoamericana, in 2010. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Global Business Law from New York University, as well as a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Corporate & Financial Services Law from the National University of Singapore. In 2015, Mr. Marranzini completed a Dual Degree Master of Laws (LL.M) program in Administrative Law from the Universidad de Salamanca & Instituto Global de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Sociales.

Mr. Marranzini is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Dominican Bar Association. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
