Nanci, co-chair of the firm’s Financial Services & Products Group, counsels clients on compliance with state and federal laws that regulate licensing and practices of mortgage lenders and servicers, financial institutions, consumer loan companies, and service providers to the financial services industry, including appraisal management companies and secondary market participants. She defends administrative enforcement actions, including CFPB, HUD discrimination complaints, state government audits, single or multistate examinations, and investigations. Nanci also acts as regulatory counsel in connection with mergers and acquisitions and class actions.
