Nanci Weissgold

Nanci counsels clients on compliance with state and federal laws that regulate licensing, fair lending, and other practices of mortgage lenders and servicers, financial institutions, consumer loan companies, and service providers to the financial services industry, including appraisal management companies, prop tech companies, and secondary market participants. She maintains a robust enforcement practice defending companies in administrative enforcement actions brought by CFPB, DOJ, HUD, state government audits or AG actions, single or multistate examinations, and investigations. Nanci also acts as regulatory counsel in connection with mergers and acquisitions and class actions.
