Nanak Keswani has nearly 20 years experience across a wide range of structured finance transactions, concentrating his practice in OTC derivatives, repos and structured credit.

Nanak advises global investment banks, end users and service providers on structuring, documentation, regulation and disputes in these areas with a particular focus on repackaging of financial assets, structured repos, TRS and other collateralized funding structures, risk transfer, structured note programs and finance related hedging.

He joined Mayer Brown in April 2007.
