Prior to joining Kim & Chang in 2007, Mr. Choi served as a prosecutor/senior prosecutor for 12 years at various District Prosecutors’ Offices and the Ministry of Justice in Korea. At Kim & Chang, he has defended many multi-national companies for criminal investigations and accumulated extensive experience in the corporate investigations, white collar crime defense and risk management fields. He has been named as a Litigation Star, Leading Lawyer and Leading Individual by many international legal media, and has been recognized in the Client Choice Awards.
