Myriane is actively involved in the community sitting on the board of La Compagnie Jean Duceppe. Myriane is also a Governor of the National Theatre School. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, American Bar Association and Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers. She teaches labour law at the Montréal Bar School, and was Chair of the National Retail Federation’s International Employment Law Committee for U.S. Retailers for five of her seven years with the organization.
She co-authors Le congédiement en droit Québécois en matiére de contrat individual de travail, now in its third edition, and she is a co-contributor to La référence, which provide professional guidelines for creating severance packages. She frequently hosts conferences and webinars, and is an author of several articles and blogs.
