He specialises in corporate law and has a broad corporate and commercial practice including advising Irish and international clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions, joint ventures, loan portfolio transactions and corporate reorganisations. Morgan’s transactional experience and expertise lies across a vast range of industries, with a particular focus in recent years on the financial services and technology sectors.
