Moïra enjoys working on all IP-law related matters, including (cross border) patent litigation, as well as unfair competition, custom matters and commercial contracts. She is an excellent litigator yet above all a committed problem solver, capable of keeping matters simple and act pragmatically. She acts for big internationals but also for smaller businesses. Being a strong strategist and fluent in three languages she is an excellent pan-European team player and leader. Her role as a Deputy Judge with the Court of Appeal Den Bosch strengthens that position.
Bar admission 2005. Prior to joining Hoogenraad & Haak in 2014, worked as a lawyer at IP boutique firms Brinkhof and Klos Morel Vos & Schaap. As of July 2020 Moïra has been appointed as a Deputy Judge with the Court of Appeal in Den Bosch. Since 2021 she also is appointed as a panelist for the WIPO .nl domain name arbitrations.
INTA, AIPPI, MARQUES, BMM, Dutch Association of IP Law Litigators and international (francophone) “Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modeles” (l’APRAM).
Next to law, Moïra loves music and playing cello and clarinet. She is fluent in Dutch, English and French and also learned to speak German.
