He advises and litigates for established brands in the sports, fashion and technology industry, in their battle against counterfeit and disputes on infringements. He frequently litigates on trademark law and the exploitation and protection of technology, but also in disputes of a more general nature, such as contractual disputes. Furthermore, he advises high-tech companies on R&D collaborations, licences and protection of knowhow.
