Mohit Saraf is the Founder and Managing Partner of Saraf and Partners, a full service premiere Indian law firm established in July 2021, which now boosts the total strength of 180 including 28 Partners.
Mohit has a vast and rich experience of over 26 years in Mergers and Acquisitions, Restructuring & Insolvency, Real Estate and Dispute Resolution. He has advised major global and Indian companies and several large institutional clients such as global fund houses, sovereign funds, pension houses and hedge funds and has represented clients such as Mylan, Baxter, Bayer, Carlyle, Adani Group, Abbott Laboratories, Goldman Sachs, Zee Group, Capgemini, Everstone Capital, Arcelor Mittal and Nippon, in multi-billion-dollar deals.
