Jatin is a Senior Partner at the Firm and part of the management board of the Firm, and is also the national practice head of the projects and infrastructure practice at the Firm.
He has extensive experience in advising clients in the urban infrastructure, energy (conventional and renewable,) roads, ports, airports, railways, power, and oil and gas sector in India and the sub-continent, and advises on complex transactions in the infrastructure sector.
Some of his most prominent transactions include drafting the concession agreement for Delhi & Mumbai airports and undertaking privatisation of the two airports; Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India pipeline project; Indian Oil’s LNG procurement from the United States; Petronet LNG and other PSUs LNG procurement from Qatar; private container train concession for Indian Railways; Delhi & Mumbai airport city side development project(s). Recently, he advised GMR Infrastructure Ltd in relation to divestment of major shareholding (approx. USD 1.5 billion) in GMR Airports Ltd., GMR’s holding company for multiple airports globally.
