Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Minjung Park served as a judge at various courts, including the Patent Court of Korea, the Seoul Central District Court and the Daejeon District Court. As a former judge, she offers legal advisory services to clients regarding both domestic and international corporations, focusing on civil and criminal litigation, intellectual property rights including patents and trademarks, trade secrets and unfair competition law. Her major clients include domestic and international manufacturers, IT companies, pharmaceutical companies and construction companies.
