Career
Min-Young Oh is an attorney at Kim & Chang who is actively involved in the firm’s Energy, Real Estate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Corporate Governance Practices. In particular, Mr. Oh has in-depth understanding of laws and regulations related to project developments and corporate laws. He has represented both overseas and domestic clients, including multinational corporations, private equity funds, financial institutions, and strategic and financial investors, in high-profile project developments and M&A transactions. He is currently a member of the Fund Management Practical Review Committee of the National Pension Service to provide professional opinion on the management of the fund.
