He focuses on complex employment matters, as well as corporate M&A transactions, with particular experience in advising foreign companies entering the Serbian market.

With more than 20 years of experience, Milan advises international clients on complex matters pertaining to Serbia, providing legal solutions optimally in line with the intricacies of Serbian administrative proceedings and client`s business rationale. As a legal consultant, he has been closely involved in some of the first and largest mergers and acquisitions and privatisation projects in Serbia.

He has significant experience in advising international and local clients on large-scale M&A transactions and joint ventures, and he worked on some of the largest investment projects in both Serbia and the region.
